В Самарскую область посылка ехала 22 дня. Пришло уведомление. Что касается самих пластырей, у меня как раз перед тем, как пришла посылка, заболел сустав. Решил попробовать, хотя покупал для позвоночника. Тепло ощущалось больше 12 часов. Помогло, или нет - не знаю, вроде бы болеть стало немного меньше, но сустав пластырем не вылечишь, я и не ожидал чудес. А вот при остеохондрозе, думаю, будет то, что надо.
